💶 How much does a transfer from Bucharest Otopeni Airport cost? (2026)
Real fixed fares per vehicle, taken from our booking system in October 2026.
The short answer
A private transfer from Henri Coandă Airport (OTP) to central Bucharest costs from €34 per car in a Mercedes E-Class for 1 to 3 passengers and from €56 in a V-Class for up to 7. A licensed taxi comes to roughly 50 to 75 lei (about €10 to €15), the train to Gara de Nord is 6.50 lei and bus 100 is 3 lei.
If you travel alone with a small bag, the taxi or the train is cheaper. The private transfer pays off for night arrivals, children, heavy luggage and groups: one fixed price per car, and a driver waiting for you in Arrivals instead of a queue at the taxi screens.

What changes the price
- The car. E-Class for 1 to 3 people with normal luggage, V-Class for families and groups of up to 7, S-Class for business trips and special occasions.
- Where you are going. Addresses across Bucharest and the nearby districts (Pipera, Voluntari, Therme) cost about the same. For Sinaia, Brașov, Constanța or Sibiu the fare follows the distance, not the number of passengers.
- Extra stops. The fare covers the direct route. A second hotel or a shop on the way is added before the trip.
- Already included. Flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting after landing, a name-sign welcome, help with your bags and a child seat on request at no charge.
